Methodology:
Interservice Procedures for Instructional
Systems Development

Phase IV Implement - Process Steps

Staff training is required for the implementation of the instructional management plan and the instruction.

Some key personnel must be trained to be managers in the specified management plan.

The instructional staff must be trained to conduct the instruction and collect evaluative data on all of the instructional components.

At the completion of each instructional cycle, management staff should be able to use the collected information to improve the instructional system.

Phase IV - Implement

Outcomes of Process Steps

Block IV.1 Implement Instructional Management Plan -- documents containing information on time, space, student and instructional resources, and staff trained to conduct the instruction
Block IV.2 Conduct Instruction -- a completed cycle of instruction with information needed to improve it for the succeeding cycle.

Full details of how to complete all these process steps is available in The Electronic Version of the Interservice Procedures for Instructional Development that can be purchased on this site.
