Contol and Evaluation - Application Tips

  • Resource allocations for evaluation and revsion may be in different budget years or in different departmental budgets.

If the budget allocations for some activities in the cycle of course development, conduct and revision are held by different departments, you should establish a steering committee composed on all related parties at the very beginning of the effort. The steering committee should also include a representative from the employer.

Preserving budget across fiscal years can be difficult and can only be done using your local budgetary processes.

  • Revision activities should be made on a priority basis.

You can revise until the course it perfect and not get significantly better performance outcomes that you will get with fewer rounds of revision. Priorities should be set and followed.
